Construction has begun to replace the restroom at the Pier Avenue boat ramp that was removed over a year ago for upgrades to the sewage pump station underground there. Thomas Industries is the construction contractor.
Separate storm water drain relocation and beach stabilization projects are pending there too, early next year.
