Harvey Concludes a Fairhope School System is Highly Feasible; Predicts the "Worst of Financial Times" for Schools Statewide in 2012

Consultant Harvey's study found that a city run school system is financially feasible, but recommended the city plan to somehow provide an additional $2 million/yr. in revenue to support a high quality system (for debt load and administrative costs).




Unless State and County legislators act to raise more revenue, Harvey is predicting another severe education funding crisis in 2012.
