ONLY LOW-LYING AREAS IN ZONE 2 NOW COVERED
Governor Bentley has modified his evacuation order for parts of Fairhope: only low-lying areas "usually subject to flooding" during high-rainfall events are now required to evacuate (near rivers and streams).
Statement just released on Twitter by Governor Robert Bentley:
"Baldwin County Zone 1 remains mandatory. Only low-lying areas in Baldwin Co Zone 2 remain in the evacuation order."
