HURRICANE SALLY
Trees that were blown over into Fly Creek by hurricane Sally blocking navigation are about to be removed by contractors; cost will be mostly-covered by the federal NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service), not FEMA as is usually the case with other disaster debris.
The final debris collection pass has begun on city streets as well.
