Construction has begun on the Publix at Pt. Clear shopping center at the Greeno/Battles Road intersection south of town.

(Updated to correct project description.)

A Publix is being constructed on the north side too at the Hwy 181/104 intersection (photo below).

Riviera Utilities, according to documentation provided.

Rates? Probably a commercial rate which is cheaper than residential rates, but offset is they use a lot more power than residences.
