No need to wonder. Obviously, new people moving in and Walmart have caused the problem. They are the causes of all problems everywhere.

Oil smells like the sanctimonious drivel of self-regarding ignoramuses who whine and snipe when they fear change.
Sewage, on the other hand, smells like the sophomoric wordplay of self-satisfied, wannabe humorists who inadvertently add force to the mockery leveled at them by their critics.
