Fairhope Wal-Mart Seeking Subdivision

A proposed plat has been submitted to subdivide the Wal-Mart property at the corner of Fairhope Ave. and HWY 181 into 4 lots (East Fairhope Plaza). Although the property is not within the city limits, this matter will be taken up at the next Fairhope P & Z meeting (Feb. 2 @ 5PM).

what other stores do they need out there? isn't one gigantic one enough? we didnt exactly welcome them in anyway. many of us anyway.

There are probably 2 votes in favor already-- Kant and protege Fidler. Let's hope the rest won't go along.
