There will be 28 shops besides the Publix grocery store (anchor)-- according to data recently published by the
management (Regency Centers of Atlanta) A "Nail Talk" and a "McConnell Training Systems" have already leased
space at the new complex (under construction at the Greeno/Parker Rd. intersection).
According to their website: "Regency Centers is a national developer, owner and operator of grocery anchored and community shopping centers." and is a "U.S Green Building Council" member. Martin Stein is their CEO.
