Utility Rates Going Up?

After completing an "in house" rate study, City Administrative Assistant James Gillespie is recommending a $2/month water rate-- and a $3/month sewer rate hike for City residents. Even with the increase, the utilities will still be operating in the red-- according to Gillespie
