Electric Power to Thomas Hospital at Risk?

According to an interim report by the Financial Strategic Planning Committee, the aging 1970s era electric substation equipment and transformer that serve Thomas Hospital are major worries for the City's Electric Department. Lack of proper fire retardant clothing and a "desperate need for a replacement schedule for vehicles and other equipment" are high priorities as well.

Somebody needs to get to the bottom of all this. Maybe the Attorney General could help.
