If a proposal by New Jersey based C & S Wholesale Inc. is approved by a Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge-- the Fairhope Bruno's is tentatively slated to become a Southern Family Market store ( a relatively new chain founded in May 2005 by its parent company).
Update: The Fairhope store was sold to Southern Family Markets, but will likely still be called Bruno's
