New City Organizational Chart Approved

The City's new Organizational Chart--developed by the Mayor based upon traditional three branch government-- was approved unanimously by the City Council Monday. "By previous resolution we couldn't move people around (as necessary to reduce overall labor costs) without a new chart: now we have a new chart", explained Council President Quinn.

What good is an Organizational Chart if the Mayor moves employee's around like a chess pieces in an attempt to throw a smoke screen up to cover his bumblimg attempts to influence the Police Chief's selection process??
