The landmark Baybreak Grocery on Mobile St. (severely damaged by fire with no insurance) still needs help before it can re-open.

how about taking out a loan, instead of begging the community to help out their for profit business? the question i have is: why they didn't insure their real and personal property like normal business minded store owners?
