At tonight's meeting, the Board of Adjustments put off considering a special use permit (coffee shop) for 151 S.Mobile St. until next month (a quorum was not present because one member--Mr. Vira, a former manager of the property-- had to recuse himself; and another was absent--broken arm).
Two other variances were granted, however (one regarding the height of an accessory dwelling; the other the setback of a proposed carport)-- to save live oak trees on the respective properties.
