City Administrator: Employees Scared to Tell the (Financial) Truth

These comments were made by City Administrator Mims during a discussion of the golf course's financial problems--at the last Financial Committee meeting.
Mims: " . . . (they) feel like . . . don't have the freedom to have that kind of discussion . . . concerned about retaliation."

All this nonesense is costing us real money by higer utility rates and taxes. if these folks won't do the job, find some who will!
