Financial Reporter Rose Fogarty made comments about the city's budget crisis at a recent public meeting to discuss proposed 5 Year capital projects.

why couldn't the city of fairhope charge each employee or family (lots of family members are employees) $25.00 per month to pay towards their Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
