The Fairhope PD is warning drivers to use extra caution negotiating the new CR13/HWY 104 intersection because of the poor visibility and high speeds in the area.
Assistant Chief Terry Sanders said recently the state is in the process of installing a traffic signal there.
Sanders: "As far as I know, its a done deal."
