"Vessels of Opportunity" Sought to Monitor Oil Slick

According to a city hall spokesperson (Mrs. Gordon)-- anyone with a boat who wants to help monitor the bay for oil or help provide boom security should meet every morning at 7AM at the Main Pier.

mrs. gordon is the switchboard operator at city hall. hardly believe she is a spokesperson for this situation.
