Jennifer Fidler and Greg Mims discus the city's garbage service budget for next year (and its pending privatization). Mims said earlier the bids coming in looked "very competitive" and warned the city would need an additional $1 million for new equipment (garbage trucks, etc.) if the Council decides not to do so.
