actually, both of them want to do that. but only one of them wants to form an education lottery...so maybe we can start spending our money HERE instead of supporting the Florida and Mississippi kids like we've done for years.

but oh, those moral conservatives and their "gambling is a sin" mentality will probably vote it down AGAIN.
