NO FORMAL TRAINING RECEIVED
Chief Press said recently his officers had received no formal training yet on Alabama's new Immigration Law, only Attorney General's opinions to go by.
Press: " ... find somebody ... who has no ID whatsoever ... send info to INS ... they say to hold em' or release ... we (INS) want them or we don't."
"If we find somebody violating that law, ... we're going to abide by it ."
NO RACIAL PROFILING BY DEPARTMENT
Press said there are illegal immigrants, "of every race, color, creed, nationality ... there is no racial profiling in this Department ... absolutely forbidden."
