Councilman Kingea said a fund has been established to benefit a city employee's family whose child has been diagnosed with cancer (George and Rachel Ladd).
Donations may be made at any Vision Bank office to the "Clayton/George Ladd" account set up for the purpose. Also, raffle ticket are being sold benefiting the family (weekend getaway prize).
