The worst yet!!! Why can't Fairhope move this event down to the Fairhope Pier instead of keeping everyone awake that have to get up early the next morning. The streets were closed at 1:00 PM and that hurts all the businesses in town. The music was awful! Save this money instead of raising our utility bills this year.

I agree...quit raising utility rates...no one cares to spend taxpayer money so a bunch of drunks can see some fireworks in the sky. The 4th of July is a family event and brings huge crowds to town...but New Year's Eve is a waste of money. REALLY tired of utility rates constantly going up...no matter how much you conserve, your bill never goes down around here.
