Community Relations Coordinator Sherry Sullivan said a company has been chosen from 5 bidders to update the city's website to provide better site navigation and interactivity with the public.
Sullivan: "We have issues with our website (now) ... not easy to navigate and not much interactivity."
Sullivan said when implemented (in 15-20 weeks) the public will be better able to track information of interest and Department Heads will be able to directly post relevant information themselves. The site will be be mobile-device friendly as well.
Vision Quest, a company specializing in government website design will be paid $35,000 for the work, according to Sullivan.
