Police Get New Electric Vehicle

Fairhope, Alabama

AT NO COST TO CITY

At the last council meeting, Police Chief Press displayed a new street-legal electric cart his Department had obtained using drug-seizure money. Press said the vehicle will be used to patrol the beachfront and pier parks as well as the downtown area -- and cost about $11,000.
