TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
A sidewalk funded by a grant from the federal Safe Routes to School Program is being constructed along Fairwood and Patlynn Drs. -- at a cost of about $145,000.
Originally scheduled for completion before the school year begins on Aug. 20th, the project won't be finished until sometime in September because of weather-related delays (rain), according to Public Work's Construction Supervisor Ken Eslava.
