New Council President Jack Burrell told the audience Monday that Deborah Kingrea, wife of former city councilman Rick Kingrea, passed away on Nov. 3rd at their home in Fairhope (after a lengthy battle with cancer).
Burrell asked those present to "keep Rick Kingrea and his family in your thoughts and prayers ... Councilman Kingrea lost his wife on Saturday night ... he's a fine man ... dedicated a lot of time to this community ... ."
