According to Mayor Kant, the new lease-agreement (with the Baldwin County School Board) for the Fairhoper's community park property at the corner of Morphy and Church Sts. is still being held up by concerns brought up in a safety inspection report completed by an independent inspector last summer.
Kant said the Board's questions needed to be resolved and the lease renewed as soon as possible.
