Why does the walrus to the whale have the honors of turning on the lights? Why can't they pick out an honorary citizen (ei: special needs child, veteran,etc) to do it? Do you know what that would mean to someone special instead of the walrus? They could have some sort of selection process to nominate someone that would really get a thrill out of this.

The Mayor Bashing will never end. He has bashed the public and employees for years. As long as my fellow residents are stupid enough to elect him....it will continue. Why did he hire the corrupt cops Back? Or do you care? They can be disqualified to testify in common court cases. But you don't care....bring on the flowe clock!!
