A ceremony was held at the pier this afternoon in remembrance of Bay Minette resident Ricky E. Sims, who was killed by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 10 in Grand Bay last December.
Sims, an avid motorcycle rider and mechanic, is survived by his wife Ashley.
