After hearing from two neighbors about drainage concerns, the Planning Commission unanimously approved the multiple occupancy review request of S.E. Civil Engineers for a 4,530 square foot, four unit, three story, mixed-use building on Magnolia Avenue between Bancroft and School Streets (behind the library).

Professional offices (attorneys) will be located on the bottom floor and residences above: the city council must still give its final approval.
