Original owner Homer Cosnell was opening a new automotive repair shop at 106 N. Bancroft on the corner of Bancroft and Pine way back in 1974 ... but today it is a vacant lot awaiting construction of a new three story mixed-use building.

Let's keep Fairhope quaint! Well, with all these new buildings going in to the downtown area, it is far from quaint.
