Fairhope, Alabama
Repairs to the library's leaking roof and windows will begin in August, according to city Operations Director Peterson.
Parts of the building may have to be closed at times during the $1.1 million project, which could take several months to complete.

I lived in a city where the homeless took over the city libraries. They found needles in the bathroom, bedbugs and lice on the furniture. It was so sad to see the change. People stayed away.
I worked in shelters and homeless camps and she is living dangerously
at that location. She needs to be in a home with a bed and toilet. Like most homeless she is most likely mentally challenged.
I hope she finds a place to stay that isn't on city property. It is trespassing and loitering and what's worse is that others may join her. It could get ugly. It has happened in nearby cities.
I pray she finds a home and stays away from the library.
