Crape myrtle trees along Fairhope Avenue have come back from heavy Spring pruning by public works, called pollarding.

Until winter comes and they defoliate and look like what they are and that is structurally butchered

Stop pruning crepe myrtles, they do not require it.

Whoever decided to trim crepe myrtle, Bravo, have not bloomed this well in 20 years
