Library Repairs Nearing Completion

Fairhope, Alabama

Bancroft Street entrance

After some specially-made tiles on the roof at the Bancroft Street entrance are installed and a final inspection, repairs to the library 'envelope' to address chronic water leaks begun last Summer will be officially completed.

M.W. Rogers was the general contractor.

City crews were repairing cracked sidewalks last week, not a part of the repair contract.

OK. This is the 3rd time trying to post this. What have been the total cost of repairs vs initial building cost? Just curious.

Does anyone know who built this building back in 2007?
