The $5.1 million sewage and other utility upgrade on Church Street is making progress. A larger capacity sewage pipe in being installed, as well as upgrades to storm water drainage and other utilities all the way to Fels Avenue. Street is to remain passable during most of the project.
Asphalt Services is the contractor.
