DAMAGED BY SALLY
The city council appropriated $45K to repair damage caused when an cellular antenna owned by AT&T was blown over during hurricane Sally in September of 2020.
The company elected not to put their antenna back on top of the tank; a large mono-pole tower and a small mini-tower were installed in the vicinity instead.
The company's insurance is expected to reimburse the city for the cost. Utility Services Company will do the repairs.
