The planning commission approved a site plan on 1.6 acres on the west side of Greeno Road for the Fairhope Urology clinic south of Hoyle Avenue. (Fairhope Urology Associates, MOB Llc.)

The commission also subdivided the property into two lots; the Board of Adjustments also granted the necessary  variance for the clinic, on the B-2 zoned property.

Cowles, Murphy, and Glover are project engineers.

The city council has the final approval of site plans.

The Reserve, a large retirement community is currently under construction on the north side of Hoyle.

Fairhope Urology Associates MOB Llc. is the name on the drawing. No more details given. The project is called Fairhope Urology.
