Fairhope, Alabama
Update: The city's planning commission recommended approval of this plan to the city council, which has final say so.

100 SOUTH GREENO ROAD
Plans have been submitted for the city's first 'Starbucks' coffee shop, in an out-parcel at the Eastern Shore Shopping Center in the 100 block of Greeno Road (aka Big Lots shopping center).
The store is to be located on .7 acres adjacent to Greeno Road, between the existing two entrances (south of the big sign). The property was subdivided by the planning commission last November.
The store will have a dual drive thru, to reduce potential vehicle stacking (backing up into the road?).
Larry Smith of SE Civil is engineer for the project; Robert W. Graham Llc. is the owner.
Starbucks Corporation is an American multinational chain of coffeehouses and roastery reserves headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It is the world's largest coffeehouse chain.
Wikipedia: "As of November 2021, the company had 33,833 stores in 80
countries, 15,444 of which were located in the United States. Out of
Starbucks' U.S.-based stores, over 8,900 are company-operated, while the
remainder are licensed."
