Mayor Sullivan presented the latest design for the city's clock corner property at the state of the city event recently; she said there could be changes before installation later this year. 

Christian Preus is the landscape architect.

Think about it. If you live on Single Tax Property, you are paying for part of this corner with your "demonstration fees". Mine last year was was over $2,300. Single Tax paid for half of the $525,000 for this little corner. Does that mean we each own a little section of it? Should we have a say what goes on?
