MARDI GRAS 2023 UNDERWAY
The Mystic Mutts kicked off the 2023 Mardi Gras parade season this afternoon in rainy and cold weather on the streets of downtown Fairhope.
The annual event raises funds for the city's The Haven animal shelter.
