We should be much nicer to the bay by adding sewer treatment plants at big subdivision

There needs to be a law that these huge subdivions and developments must provide for adequate roads, water, and sewer before they are given any permit to build. It's called city planning. Right now these builders are allowed to over run our roads and services while they run away with huge profits. We all pay for the unplanned growth here in Baldwin Couny.

The city of Fairhope has the highest allowed "impact fees" for doing that. Unfortunately they do not apply outside of city limits and the county has none.

I guess it is beyond reason for cities within a County to try to work together for some much needed planning. It seems infrastructure to accommodate run away growth is just not considered.
