The mayor was one of the big crowd at the Memorial Day ceremony at the American Legion today conducted by post commander Gerry Garcia. 

Mayor Sullivan could not speak as is usually the case due to recent throat surgery.

Yes it would, but wishes won't pay for it. The Legion needs major community support to return the building into service for the community. So far, the requisite level of financial support remains elusive.
