EAST FISH RIVER ZONING APPROVED
By a 64% to 36% margin, voters approved zoning in Baldwin County planning district 14 on the east side of Fish River.
An immediate 180 moratorium on new development applications is in effect while an advisory committee is appointed to develop the zoning ordinance map for the area.
