The new mural on the east side of the city’s parking garage is being universally praised; Mayor Sullivan called it “beautiful” recently.
Artist Hannah Legg will start another smaller one on the west side next week.
Bruce Larsen is preparing metal sculptures for the “Art Alley” project as well.
To be completed by November.
