New Gymnasium Approved For Church

3 CIRCLE CHURCH

The Baldwin County planning commission approved the site plan for a 12,150 square foot gymnasium  for the 3 Circle Church at 10274 Highway104 in planning district 37 in east Fairhope outside city limits.

An additional 92 parking spaces is included. The 6.8 acre property is zoned B-2.

Publisher: Any idea if they are planning on building a school on the property? Will the gym be available for folks not in the church?

No school planned to our knowledge. Someone at the city said recently the gym could be made available for city recreation league play.

Yes, the facility/gym will be open to the entire area.... No plans, at all, for a school.
