Bruce Larsen's sea horse sculpture was installed on top of he municipal parking garage today by city workers; more metal artwork is to be installed at alley's entrance below as well.
Larsen's work was financed by the Single Tax Corporation; the Art Alley/Transit Hub is a city/county/federal project intended to increase use of the parking garage by improving aesthetics.
