The dog park reopened last week after closure for about of week for improvements including new dog-friendly water fountains, landscaping, and drainage.

Dog parks do not need sitting areas for people. If you take your dog to a dog park your attention should be 100% on your dog and the other dogs. You should not be sitting and chatting it up with other people and you should not be on your phone. The Fairhope dog park is so notorious for dog fights that my veterinarian warned me against taking my dog there.

Agree with the first post. Owners need to closely monitor their dogs while at the park for the safety of all dogs.
