Most folks have seen and wondered about the young lady "dancing" around town the last year or so: she is not "on drugs" or "crazy" -- or homeless as speculated on social media -- she is Julie Anna Brown and does it as a form of therapy, according to her own social media and other reports (click).
She has even written a book about it all, called 'Finding My Light' (click).
