VOLANTA DRAINAGE BASIN
Public Works crews are repairing storm water drainage in the 700 block of Cedar Avenue this week; underground metal pipes are being replaced by more durable concrete ones, including through an easement on private property.
A flood-prone house across the street was acquired by the city in 2017 using a FEMA grant.
